Seamless Launches SEQR mPayments Using NFC

Seamless, the Swedish mobile commerce software company, is implementing a mPayment service that allows customers to make SEQR mobile payments using NFC technology, reported The Paypers. Seamless has been able to offer this service by placing a thin NFC-supporting RFID circuit in the sticker used on the checkout terminal. The mPayment app will be rolled out May 2013, allowing SEQR users to utilize the new NFC services. Once an mPayment is made, users will be able to receive a digital receipt of purchases on their phones.
