UnionPay Cardholders Get Access To Turkey ATMs BKM, Interbank Card Center of Turkey, has entered an agreement with UnionPay Internation to allow UnionPay cards to be used across all ATMs in Turkey, reported Finextra. UnionPay cards are issued in over 30 different countries including China.
