Hyperwallet Upgrades Payments Experience With Fragmob Deal

Hyperwallet has formed a new partnership with mobile application provider Fragmob that integrates Hyperwallet’s commission payments platform into Fragmob’s mobile app.

As a leading payments platform, Hyperwallet, along with Fragmob, will be able to offer their joint customers a better mobile user experience. By embedding Hyperwallet’s payments platform into its direct selling business app, the two companies will be able to mutually benefit each other by offering a more seamless customer experience. This partnership will allow customers who use Fragmob and Hyperwallet as separate solutions to have the chance to merge them into a single sign-in process.

“Hyperwallet is delighted to further develop its strong relationship with Fragmob through this integration,” said Patrick Crosson, Senior Vice President of Channel Partners and Alliances, Hyperwallet. “We strive to continuously offer the best mobile user experience and we are confident our customers will quickly see the benefits of having seamless integration with Fragmob’s platform – an application they frequently use in their business.”

In terms of benefits for Fragmob, Michael McMillan, Vice President of Customer Experience at Fragmob, noted how the integration helps it offer more efficient tools to its customers.

“Our business is focused on the unique needs of the direct selling industry. We have made a promise to our customers that they will continuously receive industry leading efficiency tools to ensure individual activity is optimized regardless of location. The integration with Hyperwallet helps us to deliver on that promise,” he said.

Another big partnership for Hyperwallet is its recent collaboration with Western Union, which was announced in March. Hyperwallet will integrate its technology into Western Union’s payments system through its Western Union Business Solutions division. With this partnership, Western Union hopes it can “redefine the way global business-to-consumer payments are made” by using Hyperwallet’s payments technology to better address cross-border payments issues that typically arise when conducting global transactions.
