Visma, Youredi Partner To Help Small Suppliers Act Big

The companies announced Friday (April 28) they are launching a new solution for small- and medium-sized businesses to help them manage their supply chains more cost effectively. The platform supports SME collaboration with larger corporates, the companies explained, as well as enhanced financial management and the ability to more easily sell to larger corporations.

The collaboration also puts the power of Electronic Data Interchange technology in the hands of smaller companies.

“The recently developed Magenta EDI service will be a part of the digital financial management service, Netvisor,” explained Visma Product Director Janne Lyytikäinen in a statement. “Because of the solution, small players will have the same capabilities as big businesses to manage order and supply chain processes.”

“Order and supply chain management is still extremely inefficient and comes with high administration costs,” said Youredi CEO Jaakko Elovaara in another statement. “Automating processes can significantly lower the overhead costs. Our cooperation with Visma Solutions is a great example of how companies can automate invoicing and order management.”
