PeopleScout Launches Enhanced Supplier Management Program

PeopleScout, a workforce solutions company, announced that it has officially launched its enhanced supplier management program, the PeopleScout Supplier Network.

The new network combines a comprehensive evaluation tool with scorecard rankings, and a cost structure review with expanded analytics, to ensure managed service provider (MSP) clients receive the best supplier fit for their needs. MSP programs support gig, temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, independent contractor (1099) administration, Statement of Work (SOW) engagements and other complex services across all skill categories and geographic locations.

“The success we’ve achieved in MSP would not have been possible without the strength of our supplier partners,” said PeopleScout President Taryn Owen said in a press release. “The launch of PeopleScout’s enhanced supplier network validates the importance of our supplier partnerships and advances our award-winning MSP program to the next level of excellence.”

In addition, PeopleScout has expanded its Affinix Analytics to include MSP program data. Launched in 2017, “Affinix Analytics monitors supplier trends, program performance and pricing within a client’s program. Information such as fill rates, time-to-fill and mark-up rates are updated daily via dashboards, while comprehensive compliance readouts are examined quarterly. Affinix Analytics also helps clients keep track of trends and create advanced alerts.

The PeopleScout MSP program partners expertise in staffing and supplier management with Vendor Management System (VMS) technology. A diverse database of available suppliers is available to clients when they branch out into a new area, add new labor categories or require additional support.

PeopleScout is the world’s largest recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider, boasting 98 percent client retention in managing the most complex programs in the industry for clients across more than 70 countries. The company has headquarters in Chicago, Sydney and London and global delivery centers in Charlotte, Toronto, Montreal, Bristol, Krakow, Gurgaon and Bangalore.

According to a press release, the company has been recognized as the ““No. 1 Managed Service Provider on HRO Today’s MSP Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings for the second consecutive year. In addition to being named number one overall, PeopleScout was ranked No. 1 in Quality of Service for the second straight year, No. 2 in Breadth of Service and No. 5 in Size of Deal.”
