The center, NACHA explained in an April 12 release, is geared toward supplying “specialized education” across payments to professionals working within the arena, with emphasis on employees of state and local governments, charitable organizations and religious enterprises. The center will bow at PAYMENTS 2017, being held later in the month, between April 23 to 26, in Texas.

The center will feature nearly a dozen education sessions for these professionals hailing from accounts receivable and payable functions. In a statement, Jan Estep, who serves as president and CEO of NACHA, stated that her organization “regularly engages businesses to discuss their payments needs and experiences through our Corporate Relations Program.”

“As part of these discussions, we have developed the Corporate Learning Center at PAYMENTS 2017 as a comprehensive resource for corporate end users who want to understand the opportunities the latest payments advancements, such as Same Day ACH and real time, present to their own business, as well as their customers and clients,” Estep said.
