Wondering what consumers in your home state are buying on Walmart.com?
The company has revealed the year’s 20 most popular online items by state, and while staples like water and paper towels won’t surprise anyone, there are a few products that might turn some heads.
For example, people in Minnesota love their Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, while Oklahomans can’t get enough barbecue sauce. Alabama residents got colorful with crayons, while Connecticut residents must be big Scarlett Johansson fans – they bought a lot of DVD copies of her movie “Ghost in the Shell.”
Those in Delaware enjoyed spiced jelly candy, Floridians drank more than their fair share of sparkling cider, and Hawaiians just had to have the Barbie farmer doll.
In addition, New Yorkers started their days off with Cheerios, Illinois residents corrected plenty of mistakes with erasers, and Wisconsin fans decorated their bathrooms with Green Bay Packers bath mats.
