Citi Changes Its TTS Management Team

Citi has named Stephen Randall as the TTS global head of liquidity management services in the London office, the company has announced.

    He succeeds Mark Smith in the role.

    Randall will report to Global Head of TTS Naveed Sultan and will be a member of the Global Executive Committee.

    He will be responsible for managing more than 50 percent of Citi’s deposits across all regions and geographies, covering one of the most extensive, multi-currency, market leading liquidity product capabilities.

    Randall will also be responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy and plans for sustaining the product’s growth.

    As a senior executive and contact for Citi’s major clients, Randall will be tasked with a leadership role in the partnership with Citi Treasury.

    The longtime Citi employee has held several senior roles in his two dozen years with the company.

    Most recently, he was the head of regional treasury. Previously, he served as head of global liquidity oversight and analytics based in New York.

    More recently, he led the implementation of the cluster treasurer organization. In addition, over the past few years he has continued the development of the country and regional ALCOs to drive balance sheet performance and capital repatriation.

    As head of regional treasury he partnered across the organization on enhancing Citi’s capabilities in interest rate risk and liquidity management.

    Randall is an accountant with a B.A. in economics and accountancy from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom.
