Coach will be discontinuing fixed cash wrap in favor of mobile point-of-sale (mPOS) payments solutions, according to an October 30 report from RetailCustomerExperience.com.
The luxury retailer recently announced that it has been migrating to mPOS systems at its retail locations. Officials from Coach, like CEO Lew Frankfort, said during an analyst call that the plan allows stores to maximize sales floor space.
