PayPal is expanding its presence in Belgium, Telecompaper.com reported.
PayPal has around 1.4 million Belgian accounts, but only half of those are active. Previously, only PayPal accounts in the country allowed credit cards or bank transfers as payment methods. This move may also help ignite those dormant PayPal accounts in the country. Worldwide, PayPal has roughly 156 million active accounts.
