Amazon.com has launched an employment support program for refugees of the war in Ukraine, the eCommerce giant announced.
The “Welcome Door” initiative promises resources and support for refugee and humanitarian-based immigrant employees, including a citizenship assistance portal, free legal help and mentorship.
Rakuten
Japan-based Rakuten, an app to find coupons and earn cash back on purchases, has launched the Rakuten Clutch Special Charity Fund to assist humanitarian aid to Ukraine, the company announced.

The company is accepting donations to assist the people of Ukraine affected by the conflict. Donations will provide water, supplies and health services.
As of the launch day on Wednesday (March 23), the fund has received more than 609,000 contributions, reaching 1.02 billion Japanese yen ($8.3 million).
UkraineDAO
UkraineDAO, the decentralized autonomous organization, has raised $6.1 million for a Ukrainian flag nonfungible token (NFT), CoinTelegraph.com reported.
The proceeds will go to nonprofit organizations in Ukraine that are helping those affected by the Russian invasion. Contributors will receive up to ERC-20 tokens in the form of LOVE tokens, depending on their donation amount.
OYO
OYO, the India-based hospitality technology platform, announced it would offer free accommodation to Ukraine refugees, The Economic Times reported.
The company said it has appealed to more than 600 Belvilla homeowners on its platform in Poland to open their homes to refugees.
Food Rocket
Food Rocket, the San Francisco-based company that promises grocery delivery in the Bay Area within 15 minutes, announced its customers can help Ukrainians by donating directly to a meals charity with every market purchase.
The FoodTech startup has joined with World Central Kitchen (WCK) in making hot meals available in Ukraine cities and at border crossings with Poland, Romania, Hungary and Moldova.
