Sixty-one percent of Americans aged 30 to 39 would prefer not having to carry cash at all, a new survey from MasterCard suggests. The percentage is significantly lower for baby boomers, where just 44 percent of respondents said they would prefer not to carry cash.
Overall, 73 percent of those surveyed said they use cash less often today as compared to 10 years ago.
