Vodafone, KPN, Rabobank, ABN Amro, and ING — the five remaining partners of what was dubbed “The Sixpack” — are dissolving their JV.
The Sixpack was supposed to bring an NFC payment system to the Netherlands, but the three carriers and two banks blamed developments in the market for making it too complex and too slow for the partners to bring their solution to market.
