RBS, NatWest To Give $16.25 Million Back To Customers

The Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest have set aside $16.25 to refund customers who forgot to pick up cash dispensed at ATMS and then saw their money transferred into the bank’s own accounts.

    Most banks re-credit consumers when machines retract forgotten cash, according to Finextra. RBS says it will check its records over the past seven years, and will repay their customers with interest.
