American Express has released its ezeClick eCommerce payment solution, allowing AmEx cardholders to make purchases online without their physical card.

    AmEx cardholders can use a one-time registration process to link their cards to a unique user ID, then use a one-time password to make purchases online, The Paypers reports. The ezeClick service will also allow cardholders to pre-fill consumer data such as card number, expiration date and postal codes that appear on online checkout sites.
