EU Approves Online Dispute Mechanism
The European Union has approved new regulation to settle disputes of online sales. The EU also adopted new rules to settle any disputes between consumers and traders out of court. The new legislation will require the 27 member states to provide Alternative Dispute Resolution bodies for all business sectors – many are already in place.
