The world of e-commerce continues to grow and competition more fierce. Results from a survey done by Marketlive, reported in The Paypers, has indicated that a surge of technology and mobile payment methods will increase in all South African markets in 2013.
They also reported other independent studies that show eCommerce is growing 30 percent annually, and a burgeoning number of consumers are engaging in online shopping. With these statistics in mind, competitors need to understand and embrace the new trends of eCommerce in order to maintain their competitive edge.
