Natwest and RBC make communication services easier by launching a new chat feature on their mobile banking app, reported Finextra. The easy to use addition facilitates conversation between customers and financial advisors via text-styled mobile chat.
This chat feature will allow customers to ask questions on the go and will also help reduce in-call waiting times. Users will be able to utilize the chat services six days a week, which will accommodate those with time-sensitive lifestyles.
