FICO Report: ATM Skimming On The Rise

A new FICO report indicates that ATM skimming incidents increased in 2012, according to ATM Marketplace.

    Bank ATM skimming accounted for 46 percent of all skimming incidents last year. However, skimming at POS devices dropped from 80 percent in 2011 to just 36 percent in 2012.
