Adyen Shuttle Selected For mPOS Processing In Amsterdam

The Next Web Conference 2013 in Amsterdam has chosen Adyen, the Netherlands-based payment services company, to process ticket sales using the company’s Chip and Pin mobile POS, reports The Paypers. Adyen Shuttle is a mobile POS terminal that works by connecting via Bluetooth to Android or iOS mobiles. The terminal then allows merchants to conduct card transactions using Chip and Pin at the point of sale. Adyen is able to process payments for all credit and debit card types. Along with the TNW Conference 2013, Adyen is utilized across several businesses such as taxi services, delivery companies, high street retailers, hotels, other conference events and much more.
