An already troubled Co-op Bank had a slip up with some of its cash machine services earlier in the week, reported The Telegraph. Customers complained on Twitter and reported that the ATMs were not completing transactions.
Co-op Bank apologized and reported only a small number of basic account holders were affected by the cash point breakdown. The Telegraph reported that about 1 percent of customers were unable to use cash or point of sale services.
