Barclays Bank of Kenya has launched BarclaysKenya, a free mobile banking app for existing customers. The app has the functionality of the Barclays’ U.K. Pingit app, which allows users to make and receive payments by phone.
“Our customers will not have to queue for long hours so as to be served instead the click of a button will do the magic,” Jeremy Awori, managing director of Barclays Bank of Kenya, said in a release.
