HSBC announced the roll out of its new mobile banking app for its customers. The new app allows users to view account balances, review the last 90 transactions, make bill payments, transfer money to and from other HSBC customers and more. The bank also noted it was working on more features which will be launched soon.
Carl Howard, the head of direct banking at HSBC, stated, “We now offer our customers a simple and convenient option for banking on the move that complements the service we provide in our branches and UK Contact Centers. As the ways in which customers choose to do their banking change, its critical we offer customers the ability to bank with us securely, in which ever way is most convenient to them.”
