PayPal, McDonald’s To Expand mPayments Partnership

McDonald’s has announced it will expand its partnership with PayPal in a move that will extend its mobile ordering program to all of its restaurants in France, Finextra reported on November 14.

    The announcement follows an 80-store trial in which consumers were able to place orders remotely and pick up food at the counter in store to reduce queue times.

    McDonald’s expects the system will be available at more than 1,000 restaurants, or 80 percet of its outlets, in France by the end of the year.
