Virgin Galactic Now Accepting Bitcoin

Richard Branson announced via his Twitter account that Virgin Galactic, his private spaceflight venture, will now accept bitcoin as payment, VentureBeat reported on November 22.

    A single ticket for a Virgin Galactic flight costs $250,000. While the company has yet to announce the date of its first flight, Branson teased that at least one person has already bought a ticket with bitcoin.
