Alibaba, Haier Partner On Logistics

eCommerce giant Alibaba is investing $360 million in Haier Electronics, a Chinese appliance maker, amid a larger joint logistical venture, AllThingsD reported on December 9.
 
The venture will reportedly help Alibaba and Haier strengthen their existing service networks, while also providing logistical support for the two companies.
