Those eligible should have received an email from Amazon on May 26, 2017 with instructions on how to request a refund. Customers can also go to https://www.amazon.com/gp/mas/refund-orders/in-apprefund/, or log onto their Amazon account and go into the Message Center. If eligible for a refund, there will be more information under Important Messages.

The deadline to request a refund is May 26, 2018. Amazon is managing the process and should be contacted if a refund hasn’t been processed or received in a timely manner.
