    Ian Klassen, Mobile Program Manager at Zappos.com

    As the Mobile Program Manager at Zappos.com, Ian oversees the day-to-day operations of the Zappos Mobile Team.  He is responsible for Project/Program Management and Business Development. Ian joined the company in 2010.  Prior to his work with Zappos, Ian served as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager for several international telecommunication and consulting companies, including Telus Communications, Inc. and Accenture. Ian received his M.B.A. in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.
