European Banking Associations Publish Guidelines for SEPA Regulation Implementation

The European Banking Federation, the European Association of Cooperative Banks and the European Payments Council just published a guide to help implement SEPA regulation. The guide is aimed at their member associations and the broader marker and seeks to give practical guidance on how to apply SEPA regulations. The guide was endorsed by VISA Europe, and is set to become the guideline document for SEPA policy application.
