In Europe, 12% of Smartphone Owners Have Completed a Mobile Purchase

One out of every eight smartphone owners in Spain, Germany, France, Italy and the UK has used their mobile devices to complete a purchase, according to new data from comScore.
 
Of the more than 117 million smartphone users in those five countries, 14.5 million have made a purchase — usually clothing or accessories, with roughly 5 million consumers making such a transaction.
