France Readies For Expected eCommerce Boom

France is a booming e-commerce market. Juniper forecasts that there will be between 10 and 15 million people with contactless payment ready NFC phones in France by 2015. However only 5,000 of France’s 300,000 NFC payment terminals are activated.
