VeriFone Systems has been sued for over $250 million by Creative Mobile Technologies LLC over an agreement to advertise on screens in New York taxis, reports Bloomberg.
Creative Mobile developed the media systems that exist in 6,600 of the city’s cabs, and is entered into a sales agreement with Clear Channel Taxi Media LLC.
