10 Percent Of Retail Sales Will Be Online By 2017

A new study from Forrester Research projects that, by 2017, approximately 10.3 percent of all retail sales will be conducted on the Internet, Internet Retailer reported on October 30.

This equates to roughly $360 billion in sales. According to Forrester, web sales accounted for 5.2 percent of all retail sales in 2012.
