A new study released by Google forecasts that 88 percent of Millennials will do their holiday shopping via mobile devices this season, a November 1 report from Mobile Commerce Daily reveals.
By contrast, 77 percent of all smartphone users are expected to do the same during the holidays.
"Online commerce is still a smaller portion of total holiday sales for many retailers – but it’s growing, particularly on mobile,” Scott Falzone, Google’s retail industry director, said in a statement. “Our study found that both online purchasing and research on mobile devices will be up this year.”
