The IPayments Forum and ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) have rebranded the ATM Acquirers Alliance as the Integrated Payments Alliance, according to ATM Marketplace.
The goal of the Integrated Payments Alliance will be to develop a framework for “interoperable integrated payments,” the source notes.
“Our aim is to develop standards and best practices for integrated payments, and to advocate for the critical role of cash in the electronic payments value chain,” said Lyle Elias, IPF chairman.
