Kronos: Consumers Expect Omnichannel Experiences This Holiday Season

A new study commissioned by Kronos and conducted by Harris Interactive has concluded that consumers expect retailers to provide omnichannel shopping experiences this holiday season.

Sixty-eight percent of participants said that negative, single-channel shopping experiences make them more likely to turn to another brand.
