Panini Names New CEO

Italy-based payment processor Panini has named Michael Pratt as its new CEO, a press release revealed on September 20. Pratt will replace John O’Malley, who left the company to pursue other interests.

    “Michael has earned the respect of our key stakeholders including customers, partners, employees and shareholders,” Stefano Cassina, a Panini board member, said in a September 20 statement. “We are delighted to entrust the leadership of Panini to his capable hands.”

    Pratt joined Panini in July 2007 as its director of marketing for Panini North America. He was promoted to CMO of the company in 2009.
