QVC’s mobile commerce sales in the U.S. surged 63 percent during the third quarter of 2013, according to a report by Internet Retailer from November 5.
Sales rose to $169.2 million for the three-month period, up from $103.8 million in the third quarter of 2012. This accounted for 31.6 percent of QVC’s total Web sales volume.
Worldwide sales for QVC’s mobile platform increased from $456.9 million in the third quarter of 2012 to $636.7 million during the same period this year.
