PaysafeWallet is a digital wallet that can be accessed through the PaysafeCard app. It brings together cash and digital money management in one experience, according to the release.

PaysafeWallet enables users to manage funds through an IBAN account and a personal debit card, top up the wallet with cash via PaysafeCard and load their account via bank transfer.

The digital wallet also lets users pay online and in-store with a Mastercard debit card, make mobile payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay, send and receive SEPA payments across the entire euro zone, and send money to friends and family via peer-to-peer payments.

In addition, it allows users to receive payouts directly into their account.

Paysafe’s global payments platform is built for the “experience economy” and connects businesses and consumers across iGaming, video gaming, esports, events, travel, hospitality, online trading and digital commerce. It had $167 billion in annualized volume in 2025, per the release.

Paysafe Chief Product Officer Bob Legters said in the release that the company aims to “deliver innovative payment experiences to consumers across Europe” and provide consumers with “seamless, secure and flexible ways to manage their money online.”

PYMNTS reported in August that Paysafe added more consumers to its digital wallets in the second quarter, with three-month active consumers increasing 8% from a year earlier to 7.8 million. This marked the fifth consecutive quarter of growth.

Wallet growth was led by PaysafeWallet in Europe and by Latin America. The company saw double-digit user growth in Latin America as well as double-digital consumer acquisition growth from additional marketing in priority European markets.

Later in August, Paysafe launched a gaming arena designed to connect gamers, developers and publishers. The company described the arena as “a destination focused on game discovery, rewards and community” where players can find new titles, access exclusive content and promotions, engage with creators and unlock rewards.

Also in August, Paysafe launched a partnership with Merchant of Record service provider FastSpring that yielded the launch of Paysafe’s new Merchant of Record solution designed to help businesses sell globally without needing to handle many of the operational, regulatory and administrative requirements that come with direct merchant operation.
