SunGard, a global software services company, announced that they will provide retail banking solutions for Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), an Islamic financial institution, reports Finextra. The banking solutions will improve customer service and ADIB’s branch productivity with the use of new technology and strengthening branch staff. SunGard will provide bank staff at ADIB with a transaction processing system that will automate services and enhance customer experience. Introducing more efficient systems will increase produvity, allowing staff to meet customer demands at a more productive rate and thus increase revenue and competitive edge in the market.
