White House Re-Nominates Richard Cordray For CFPB Director

The White House has officially re-nominated Richard Cordray for Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, reports BankCreditNews.com.

Cordray’s original nomination by President Obama was declared unconstitutional late last month. Many Republicans have said they plan to block Cordray’s nomination unless the CFPB is restructured.
