InMarket Launches iBeacons In U.S. Grocery Stores

    The new iBeacons will be deployed in grocery stores in Cleveland, San Francisco and Seattle, TechCrunch reported on Jan. 6. Launched in conjunction with inMarket’s mobile app, the iBeacons are intended to help grocery chains improve messaging with consumers when they walk in the store.
