The Expo and the Exit
Bill Ready, CEO of Braintree and Leo Rocco, founder of GoPago, both know a thing or two about innovation, ignition and exits. Each were acquired by two very dominant players in the payments space at the very end of 2013, Braintree for just shy of $1 billion. That’s why we’re thrilled that they’ve agreed to join PaySimple CEO and serial entrepreneur, Eric Remer serve as co-chairs of The Innovation Project Expo this year. In addition to officially opening the Expo on March 19th, they’ll be on hand to meet Expo participants and share their impressions on what they see. They’ll also award the winning “Best in Show” Expo participants with their cash prize and do a joint interview with them on PYMNTS.com.
