There has been another shakeup at the banks when it comes to corporate financial services. SunTrust Banks revealed Friday (Oct. 2) that it has switched up the management of its corporate banking and treasury units.
In an announcement, SunTrust revealed Jason Cagle as its new head of sales for treasury and payment solutions, while Jeff McNeill will lead the bank’s corporate banking arm in the Mid-Atlantic.
According to reports, Cagle previously served in McNeill’s new role; McNeill, meanwhile, previously served as the bank’s head of financial risk management.
In a statement, SunTrust Head of Treasury and Payment Solutions Eric Brewer pointed to Cagle’s background in business and debt capital markets origination as one that would help the financial institution deliver “tailored solutions” to its business customers.
He added that McNeill’s two decades of experience makes him a “natural fit” for the position.
