AP Automation Firm Stampli Unveils Partner Program

The accounts payable (AP) automation platform Stampli launched a new partner program Wednesday to allow its clients to expand their offerings.

Designed for accounting firms, bookkeepers, resellers, consultants and enterprise resource planning (ERP) providers, Stampli said per a press release that the program will help these professionals “modernize their mid-market and enterprise clients’ invoice management process by bringing together accounts payable communications, documentation, and payments with Stampli’s powerful AP automation.”

Based in Mountainview, California, Stampli bills itself as the only AP automation platform that “turns each invoice into a communication hub,” allowing better collaboration between accounts payable departments and the rest of their organizations, thus generating faster invoice approvals. Stampli’s AI also spots duplicate invoices, allocates expenses and provides automatic approval notifications, giving AP more time to focus on saving money.

Stampli said its system meshes cleanly with current workflows and connects with financial systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct and NetSuite.

“More than ever, companies realize the need to transform their financial processes and often turn to their trusted advisors for help. Stampli’s Partner program is designed to arm those advisors with the most powerful AP Automation platform available to offer their clients,” Jeff Zamczyk, vice president of Sales and Customer Success at Stampli, said in a news release.

“Partners love our AP Automation solution as it grows with their clients. So, whether they are processing 200 to 100,000 invoices per month, switching ERPs, adding POs [purchase orders], or dealing with more entities, Stampli adapts and flexes wherever their business trajectory takes them,” Zamczyk said.

Stampli said its partner program accommodates multiple industries but has seen a lot of success in the automotive, construction, healthcare, manufacturing and real estate sectors.

In May, Stampli announced it had raised $50 million in a Series C funding round, bringing the total amount of capital raised by the firm to over $87 million.
