InvoicePrep Founder and CEO Wayne Nykyforchyn said in the announcement that becoming a part of Frontline Managed Services lets the company “build on years of hard work to bring the best eBilling services to a large, global client base.”

“In addition to the resources available by joining such a large leader in our industry, we look forward to the shared commitment to innovation to better serve our clients and improve their bottom line,” Nykyforchyn said in the announcement.

According to the InvoicePrep website, the company is the “legal industry’s only ‘Invoice Compliance and Revenue Management’ (ICRM) solution for law firms.”

InvoicePrep’s ICRM eBilling workflow lessens client invoice reductions, decreases lawyer time in the eBilling workflow, and bolsters invoice revenue, according to the announcement.

Frontline Managed Services’ eBilling system, which rolled out in 2019, presently handles in excess of 80,000 invoices monthly, the announcement stated. Frontline was known as Intelliteach in the past.

“As part of our commitment to continuing to grow and innovate for our clients, we are always in the market for great service providers like InvoicePrep, and we are proud to be in a position to seamlessly integrate another best-in-class provider in order to build a state-of-the-art platform for our clients,” Frontline Managed Services CEO Seelin Naidoo said in the announcement.

The news comes as TimeSolv, which works in web-based software for legal billing and time-keeping, revealed Zero AR, which was developed with lawyers in mind.

“Even before the pandemic, many law firms have struggled to collect all the legal fees they’re due, leaving a portion of their earned revenue behind,” TimeSolv CEO Raza Hasan said in a March announcement. “We’ve created a patent-pending process that will revolutionize firms’ accounting process, improving both cash flow for the business and efficiency for back-office staff.”
