Paya Debuts eInvoicing Enhancements For Sage

Paya, Sage’s U.S. preferred payments partner, launched bolstered digital invoicing functionalities for Sage 100 and Cloud EMV acceptance for Sage Intacct, according to a Tuesday (April 13) announcement.

Dewey Forrester, vice president of Business Development with Sage, said in the announcement that the new releases signify “another major step forward for users of both Sage 100 and Sage Intacct.”

“By offering upgraded customer portal and eInvoicing capabilities, as well as advanced support for both card-present and card-not-present transactions, the updates will offer significantly increased productivity for users and build on Paya’s deep integration into our platform,” Forrester said in the announcement.

Paya has provided Sage Intacct users with EMV functionalities and device support through Paya’s Cloud EMV solution, cutting down on compliance complexity and hardware setup.

Users of the newest Sage 100 release can harness the bolstered client portal and digital invoicing functions from Paya to use automation to decrease days-sales-outstanding (DSO).

“With continued enhancements across the Sage integration suite and decades of experience designing vertically specific installations and service, Paya is committed to supporting the growth of our partners and customers,” said Andrea Kando, head of Product and Marketing at Paya, in the announcement.

Atlanta-based Paya has offices in Dallas, Texas; Mount Vernon, Ohio; Dayton, Ohio; Fort Walton Beach, Florida; and Reston, Virginia. It offers solutions that help clients accept and make payments, speed up the receipt of funds and bolster operating efficiencies.

Paya provides integrated payments throughout the complete collection of Sage ERP offerings, according to the announcement.

Separately, HighRadius announced in March that it has collaborated with Sage Intacct to offer accounts receivable (AR) automation.

“This partnership allows Sage Intacct customers to unleash their full potential by integrating with market-leading accounts receivable automation solutions from HighRadius,” Sayid Shabeer, the chief product officer of HighRadius, said in a previous announcement.
