Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. has entered into a definitive arrangement to sell Cost Plus World Market to Kingswood Capital Management. The deal involves 243 brick-and-mortar locations, the Cost Plus digital business, two distribution facilities and a California office. It is expected that the business will keep operating as a stand-alone brand. B. Riley Securities Inc. and Bryan Cave were among the advisors to Bed Bath & Beyond on the arrangement.

Authentic Brands Could Buy Arcadia Group And Debenhams

Authentic Brands is reportedly in talks with Arcadia Group and Debenhams, with unnamed sources in a published report saying that the retail firms is thinking about a bid for the Sir Philip Green retail empire and the merchant. Authentic Brands, which is out of New York, has high-end merchants like Barneys and Juicy Couture in its group. Arcadia Group owns Topshop, Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans and others.
