The PYMNTS Disbursement Satisfaction Report, in collaboration with Ingo Money, is designed to help measure consumer satisfaction with various disbursement methods, including paper checks, instant credit, non-instant credit and direct deposits. The report offers a detailed look at the state of consumers’ satisfaction with how they receive disbursements.
Inside the October report:
- 80 percent: Share of consumers that report being satisfied with instant payments
- 75 percent: Share of disbursements recipients who want to receive instant payments because they gain instant access to funds
- 64 percent: Share of consumers who are at least “somewhat” familiar with instant payments
- 52 percent: Share of recipients who would prefer to receive instant payments
