Instant Payouts Reach an Inflection Point

Consumers Want Instant Payments — For Free More than two-thirds of consumers chose instant payouts if given the choice, but paying for it depends on the use case and the need. A new report, “Disbursements Satisfaction Report 2023,” a PYMNTS and Ingo Money collaboration, examines U.S. consumers and their expectations for instant payments across a range of use cases from gaming to legal settlements to loans to wages and insurance claims.
